Request for estimates
We requested an estimate for leaks in the lower part of the window in front of the dinner room. On May 22, Mr. Dimitri Darion came to examine the problem we have with the window leak. He was very courtesy and professional, following through the details we explained about the issue. After numerous tests and examination around and above the areas, he determined what may be the problem that caused the leak at the windows and recommended how to fix it. He is so a such friendly guy to chat with that my wife casually asked if Archer does renovation. We have been thinking about renovating our bathroom for sometime. Dimitri delightedly answered Archer is a general contract and definitely can handle that. He did a full estimate of the renovation we planned to do. On May 28, we accepted the proposed estimates. Presently, we are waiting the project officer at Archer to execute the job and looking forward to the same experience we had with Dimitri.

Water Damage Correction
Coming to Gayles home and seeing water coming down her driveway and opening the door was devastating. Jonathan was very helpful in assuring her the water repair would be completed by professionals. I can say with a few hiccups every thing was completed to her satisfaction. Everything that was completed looks good.
